This table represents our self-pay pricing info. Self pay pricing applies when, a patient does not have health insurance, has cost sharing health plan or has been denied by their insurance plan. A patient can only request an office visit from this table. All other ultrasounds and procedures on this table require a physician’s order.

To schedule a visit, you can talk to your primary care provider about sending a referral.

If your concern is varicose/spider veins you are able to call and schedule the appointment directly with us. Once you’ve had your first visit with us you will be scheduled for an ultrasound (for patients with venous concerns) to determine your treatment plan.

For cosmetic pricing and procedure information please see the “Cosmetic Procedures” tab located on the home page of our website.

If you have any questions about the test or procedures listed, please contact our office at 229-226-0125 or email us at info@vitadr.og

**This pricing table is for informational purposes ONLY.** It is important to know that your treatment plan cannot be determined without proper testing and documentation by a qualified healthcare provider.
